Goat Cheese Stuffed Peppers
This is a result from some of the produce we found at the Red Stick Farmers Market. It made a easy and very flavorful side dish to our grilled pork shoulder. They only take a few minutes to prepare and grill, so it could be a prefect tailgating appetizer also.
Ingredients:
- Peppers- We used Yellow and Orange
- Lemon Dill Fresh Goat Milk Chevre from Rocking R Dairy
Directions:
- Cut tops off peppers, remove seeds and rinse
- Add spoon of the Lemon Dill Chevre
- Throw on hottest part of the grill for a few minutes(4-5)
- Move them to the sides of the grill and cook for 10 min.
