**Due to the construction of North Boulevard Town Square and the new permanent stage at Galvez Plaza, Live After Five will be held at the opposite end of Third Street at A.Z. Young Park (3rd Street & Spanish Town Road.) A FREE CATS SHUTTLE will loop through the Arts and Entertainment District to drop visitors near the concert site.
Live after Five in Downtown Baton Rouge is the capital city's premier FREE live music event. Hosted by the Downtown Business Association, it takes place every spring and fall with different genres of music. The concert series is held every year to entice people to visit and journey through downtown Baton Rouge. Visitors then have the opportunity to visit with the local merchants and their businesses in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
With over 16 bars and live music venues, over 40 restaurants and cafes, and over 20 cultural attractions, Downtown is flourishing and is sure to provide the good time you are after! Start spending your Friday evenings Downtown!
